About Us
Anthony and Sami, the founders of Liquid Flow Props, met at a music and arts festival at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in 2016. Sami The two met at a fire circle after a contact staff performance by Anthony. Through a series of synchronistic events, they ran into each other multiple times throughout the festival. That weekend marked the beginning of a growing love for each other and the creativity that came through engaging in flow arts.

Anthony has been practicing flow arts and fire spinning for 5 years. He was first introduced to flow arts with a pair of poi made from socks, which were gifted to him by a close friend and flow artist in 2013. In 2016, Anthony founded Phoenix Fire Performance Troupe in Orlando, Florida with his lovely lady, Sami. His passion for flow arts grew, which sparked a desire to create highly customizable, reliable flow gear for himself and others. Thus, his prop making business, Liquid Flow Props was created. After experiencing endless benefits through his practice of flow arts, he has created an opportunity to share it with others, through Liquid Flow Props. Anthony has taught workshops, performed, and organized flow/movement arts events and fire performance circles at multiple venues and loves doing so! Flow Arts is his passion!
Sami came into the world of flow arts with an extensive background in different modalities of dance. When she discovered the limitless possibilities of movement and creativity that accompany hoop dance, she made this practice a part of her daily life.
Since then, Sami has had the opportunity to perform with her troupe Phoenix Fire at private events, weddings, surprise parties, and music and arts festivals, alongside artists such as The Polish Ambassador, Papadosio, and Random Rab. She is grateful for the opportunity to share her art and hopes to inspire others to embrace movement arts!
In addition to performing, Sami teaches hoop dance workshops and hosts flow arts events at venues in Gainesville, Florida.
Her goal is to share flow and movement arts with as many people as possible. She strongly believes that through giving people an opportunity for creative expression, increased wellness of the mind, body and spirit can come to the surface. Through movement comes change, and when we embrace positive change, we are capable of creating a reality as beautiful, healthy and strong as our imagination permits.
