About Us
Phoenix Fire & Performance Art came into being through a burning passion for performance and movement art! We are dedicated to bringing our clients uplifting and memorable experiences. Our countless hours of training, moments of creative inspiration and joy of performing is witnessed in our performances. It is an honor to share our art with audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
Over the years, our troupe has expanded to include a wide variety of talented and dedicated entertainers. As a result, we have established a group of carefully chosen, professionally trained, passionate and truly masterful performance artists.
Meet the Founders
Anthony and Sami, the founders of Phoenix Fire & Performance Art, met at an arts festival at the Spirit of Suwannee Music Park in 2016. Through a series of synchronicities, they ran into each other several times throughout the festival. That weekend marked the beginning of an inspiring partnership and creative collaboration.

Today, the couple lives in Gainesville, Florida. Sami holds a BA in Dance and a BS in Psychology from the University of Florida and currently studies dance in medicine, while Anthony manages Phoenix and its sister company Liquid Flow Props. They teach flow arts and fire manipulation workshops around the Southeast and are certified yoga instructors. The couple aspires to bring these practices and creative experiences to as many people as possible!
